How do I cancel my order at BundleBaazi.com? Alternatively, how do I return a product ordered on BundleBaazi.com

For outright Cancellations by you:

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:

1. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.

2. If you've received the product and want to return it, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

Refund Procedure

Please ship back the products you want to return to us in the condition you received. We will examine the returned products once they reach us, and after we check that the products are in the same condition as we shipped to you, we will issue a full refund of the invoice value. If the products are not in the condition in which we shipped, we will issue a partial refund and will communicate that to you depending upon the condition of the returned products.

If you are returning the products due to a mistake from our side (we shipped a different product from what you ordered, or the product is expired or something else), we will refund you the return shipping costs also in addition to the invoice amount. A refund cheque will be deposited to your bank account or sent to you through courier in case of Cash on Delivery orders. Please allow us 15 days of processing time to issue a cheque for the refund amount after we receive the returned products. If you paid for your order through online methods, we will refund back the refund amount to the same mode of payment after mutual agreement. Please contact us for any clarifications.

The above is for most products, including books, CDs and DVDs. However, due to the nature of goods, the Cancellations, Exchange & Returns policy for Electronics (Mobile Phones, Gaming Consoles, and Cameras) is slightly different:

Exchanges, Returns & Cancellation for Mobiles:

Note: All Mobile phones are Insured against theft and damages incurred during transit. If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Contact BundleBaazi Customer Care on (011) 43003245, and we will have the issue quickly resolved.

i. Our Mobiles Exchanges, Returns & Cancellation Policy has a timeline of 1 week, from the date of delivery. If you happen to notice any defects in this period, kindly go to the nearest service-center of the manufacturer and get a DOA (dead-on-arrival) certificate issued. You need to carry the phone (along with the supplied in-box accessories and invoice) in same cellphone-box that we shipped to you. Once you have got the DOA issued, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement for you. In exceptional cases, the manufacturer may choose not to issue the DOA and resolve the problem by repairing your phone etc. In such cases, we will have to abide the manufacturer's policy

If you cannot find the service center or you are not able to get a DOA issued, please contact us at the earliest and we will try to resolve the issue for you on priority.

ii. In cases where you have asked us to get a DOA issued and then ship a replacement, we will not be in a position to cancel the order (or issue a refund) after we have procured the replacement for you.

iii. Opened packages will be accepted for returns only in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped to you.

iv. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging (with seal intact), for a refund (excluding shipping costs). We have a policy of no-refund once the item is shipped with the only exception being that an unopened item is returned to us.

v. If you encounter problems at a much later date (after the 1st week), we will not be in a position to accept any returns. The item will need to be taken to the nearest service station authorized by the manufacturer.

Exchanges, Returns & Cancellation for Gaming Consoles

Note: All Gaming Consoles are Insured against theft and damages incurred during transit. If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Contact BundleBaazi Customer Care on (011) 43003245, and we will have the issue quickly resolved.

i. If you notice any physical damage to the Console or any of the included accessories, please contact BundleBaazi Customer Care on (011) 43003245 within 7 days from the date of delivery.

ii. If you happen to notice any defects in the product (like boot failure, etc.), kindly contact the nearest service center authorized by the manufacturer of your Console.

If you cannot find the service center please contact us at the earliest and we will try to resolve the issue for you on priority.

iii. Opened packages will be accepted for returns only in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped to you.

iv. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging (with seal intact), for a refund (excluding shipping costs). We have a policy of no-refund once the item is shipped with the only exception being that an unopened item is returned to us.

i. If you notice any physical damage to the Camera or any of the included accessories, please contact BundleBaazi Customer Care on (011) 43003245 within 7 days from the date of delivery.

ii. If you happen to notice any defects in the product, kindly contact the nearest service center authorised by the manufacturer of your Camera. If you cannot find the service center please contact us at the earliest and we will try to resolve the issue for you on priority.
